The Free Hotel Rooms UK website is provided by Travel Offers (“Travel Offers”). The Free Hotel Rooms Europe website is developed, implemented, operated and maintained by Connex Touristikpromotion GmbH & Co KG (Connex Touristik), Dr.-Schauer-Str. 26, A-4600 Wels. (“Connex Touristik”) on behalf of Travel Offers. You agree to these terms by using this site your access to, and use of, this website (the “Site”) is subject to the following Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing and using the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use, and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Travel Offers and Connex Touristik are superseded with respect to this subject matter. If you do not agree and accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use, you must exit the site immediately, not use the files herein, and not subscribe to this service.
Limitations of Use
The information and materials on this website are provided for general informational purposes. You may use this site solely for the purpose of learning about and/or purchasing Travel Offers’ service and products, or for your personal use of any tools and downloads available on this site. You may not use, reproduce or distribute the text, graphics, downloads, tools or any other content on this website for any commercial, non-commercial or any other purpose not outlined in this agreement without prior written content of Travel Offers and Connex Touristik.
Privacy
Any personal data (for example, your name, address, telephone, number or e-mail address) you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise will be used by Travel Offers and Connex Touristik in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Any other communication or material you transmit to the Site, such as questions, comments, suggestions or the like, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

All Content is subject to change and is provide to you on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, as far as the applicable law will allow such exclusion of warranty.

Exclusion of Liability

Travel Offers may at any time, and without notice, revise this Terms of Use statement by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use statement.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Free Hotel Rooms UK and Free Hotel Rooms Europe use a “Privilege Hotel Pass” to allow its Members to book Free Hotel Rooms in the UK and Europe (depending on the Membership option subscribed to).
2) Free Hotel Rooms Europe Members use their Privilege Hotel Pass to obtain a ‘Holiday Plus Hotel Voucher’ through the website entitling them to ‘Free Hotel Rooms’. The Free Hotel Rooms Europe prices do not include Taxes or any other applicable local costs.
3) A Privilege Hotel Pass entitles two adults to free double or twin bedded accommodation at any hotel part of the Free Hotel Rooms service subject to a daily minimum expenditure on meals i.e. dinner and breakfast.
4) The Free Hotel Rooms Europe prices for breakfast and dinner are viewable through the Free Hotel Rooms Europe website.
5) In the UK Free Hotel Directory the price paid is known as MSP (Minimum Spend per Person).The MSP shown in each hotel is per person, per night. Hotels reserve the right to charge the full MSP if meals are not taken or their cost does not reach the minimum expenditure required. The cost of drinks, cigarettes etc. cannot form part of the minimum expenditure required. Your account for meals etc. is payable on departure.
6) Some hotels make a supplementary charge for sea-view or upgraded rooms. Where applicable these are highlighted in each hotel entry. The supplements shown are per person per night and are an addition to the MSP.
7) The periods during which the Privilege Hotel Pass is accepted are shown in each hotel entry. Accommodation may be available outside these periods at short notice. Each hotel has an allocation of rooms for Free Hotel Rooms guests. It is entirely at the hotel’s discretion to accept Free Hotel Rooms guests if this allocation has been filled.
8) No reservations can be accepted for Bank Holidays and the Christmas & New Year periods unless otherwise specified.
9) All reservations in the UK & Ireland are subject to availability, the terms and conditions of the hotel and the discretion of the hotel management. Neither Travel Offers nor Connex Touristik can be held responsible should the hotel of your choice be fully booked or decline to accept the reservation for reasons of their own.
10) Free Hotel Rooms Europe Members can book a hotel up to a maximum of 6 nights (minimum stays between 1 and 2 nights) with each participating hotel. Each hotel will state the minimum and maximum nights available. Extending your stay beyond the maximum number of nights may be charged at the regular hotel rate or, if agreed by the hotel, at the Member rate.
11) A hotel entry stating ‘Pets allowed’ means that, subject to agreement when booking, the hotel will accept suitable pets in some rooms. Some hotels make an extra charge for pets – check this when making your reservation. If you are staying in Europe you are responsible for transporting your pet and neither Travel Offers nor Connex Touristik can be held responsible if you are not able to travel with your pet, but have agreed any extra charge for pets.
12) The Privilege Hotel Pass is for two adults sharing a double or twin bedroom. Rates for additional adults or children must be agreed with the hotel at the time of booking.
13) The Pass is only valid up to its expiry date and when signed and used by the registered Pass holder. It is not transferable. Hotels can charge their full rates if the use of the Pass is invalid.
14) The Privilege Hotel Pass can be used throughout the UK and Ireland in as many hotels, as many times as the holder wishes up to the expiry date shown.
15) The Privilege Hotel Pass allows its Members to one stay at each hotel listed on the Free Hotel Rooms Europe website during the term of the Membership, though it may be possible to stay more than once, at the hotels discretion.
16) If you are unable to take up a confirmed reservation, or wish to cancel, you must inform the hotel. You may be liable to pay cancellation charges; this is at the discretion of the hotel as is the refund of any deposit paid.
17) All prices, hotel descriptions etc. are based on information supplied by the hotels. The entries for the UK Free Hotel Rooms Directory and the Free Hotel Rooms Europe website are correct at time of printing however some entries may alter and prices may change. Always check with the hotel when making a reservation. Some hotels may require Credit Card details to secure the booking and/or breakfast and dinner.
18) The right is reserved to make alterations to any details without notice and responsibility cannot be accepted for the quality of meals or service at any hotel and/or disputes or disagreement with any hotel however they arise. Any such dispute must be settled direct with the hotel in question.
19) The benefits provided to the Member through Travel Offers can only be used during the term of the Membership. The Member cannot claim for compensation if the Membership is not used during that time.
20) The Free Hotel Rooms Member agrees that Travel Offers and Connex Touristik can use the personal data provided in order to electronically process that data and forward the information to the hotel.
21) If any point and/or part of these Terms and Conditions become invalid, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will remain valid. The invalid sections will then be replaced.
