1. Who is Travel Offers?
Travel Offers have been operating Free Hotel Rooms within the UK and Ireland for over 15 years. We have over 25,000 members with many of them renewing year after year. Our dedicated Membership Team offer our members a personal service and pride ourselves on maintaining long standing relationships with our members and our hotels. We have joined forces with Holiday Plus to extend our services across Europe.
2. Where are Hotels located?
We have over 1,300 hotels throughout Europe and can be viewed through our website.
3. How does it work?
When you become a Member of Free Hotel Rooms Europe you will be given a Privilege Hotel Pass with a unique Membership number. This is used to request a ‘Holiday Plus Hotel Voucher’ for the hotel at which you wish to stay. The Holiday Plus Hotel Voucher is then emailed to you. You must take the voucher with you as it is used to identify you and confirm the price you pay.
4. How much is it to stay at the hotel?
The price you pay is for Breakfast and Dinner and they range from as low as €20 up to €70 per person per night. This means you can enjoy a Membership that fits your personal budget and personal preference. The majority of our hotels range between €35 and €45 per person per night.
5. Nobody responds to my booking request. What shall I do?
Please contact the hotel, via telephone, if necessary.
6. Why does the hotel not confirm my requested dates?
Each hotel will experience a period of high demand at specific times of the year. All bookings are subject to availability at the requested Hotel. We suggest you contact the hotel directly, via telephone, asking which alternative dates are available or, search for alternative accommodation.
7. What happens to my details?
We do not share your details to any other companies other than to process your Membership and book the hotels online.
8. Who publishes the Free Hotel Rooms Europe programme?
Free Hotel Rooms Europe uses The Holiday Plus Voucher provided by Connex Touristikpromotion & Co KG, which was established in 1986 and operates in 11 European countries.
9. Can I purchase a Free Hotel Membership directly through the local Connex Branch?
You can only purchase a Membership through Travel Offers.
